HOW IT ALL WORKS

Thank you for considering The Boathouse catering for your event!

THE OFFERING
The Boathouse offers three different styles of catering. You can order catering items online for delivery across Sydney or pick up from Moby Dicks Whale Beach. You can choose to order catering only or include ceramic platters to keep. We also offer a Buffet style of catering, where The Boathouse team will deliver your catering and set up a buffet in your home. The Boathouse team will collect your platters the following day. We also offer Serviced Catering which includes The Boathouse team for service. ORDER NOTICE
Please note, 3 days notice is required for all catering orders.

PLATTERS
If you order catering online for delivery or pick up, your order will be delivered in The Boathouse catering boxes. If you select the option to include ceramic platters to keep, these will be delivered in a separate box to your catering, and you will simply need to serve your catering items onto the platters. Platters will be hand delivered at the same time as your catering items.
Please note, the colours of platters may vary depending on availability.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us to cancel or reschedule your order for another date by emailing catering@theboathousegroup.com.au. Please note, cancellations and rescheduling will not be available within a 72 hour window of your delivery/pick up time. If you wish to cancel your order, a gift card for The Boathouse Group will be issued in return. A Boathouse gift card can be redeemed at all venues, for dining, homewares + accommodation. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from date of issue.
