PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Catering Menu Items Instructions

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius. Please note, oven temperatures may vary so individual cooking times may vary.

Fish Pie 
Bake for 30 minutes.

Hot Smoked Salmon
Roast for 15 minutes for a medium cook.

Roast Chicken 
Roast with the lemon for 30 minutes.
Squeeze the lemon over the chicken before serving.

Porchetta 
Roast for 30 minutes until crisp.
Serve with the chermoula.

Glazed Eggplant
Cook for 15 mins.
Serve with the romesco.

Butternut Pumpkin 
Roast for 10 minutes.

Broccolini 
Roast for 10 minutes.

Kipfler Potatoes
Roast for 20-30 minutes until crisp.

Sticky Date Pudding
Warm the butterscotch in a saucepan over a low heat.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until piping hot.
Pour over the butterscotch and sprinkle with pecans.

Dinner for Two Meal Instructions
Please see below the instructions for the Dinner for Two meal. Preparation instructions for the Dinner for Two meal will also be included with your meal. 

Mains
Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius where baking or roasting is required. Oven temperatures may vary, so cooking times may also vary.

Fish Pie
Bake for 30 minutes.

Roast for 15 minutes for a medium cook.
Roast Chicken
Roast with the lemon for 30 minutes. Squeeze the lemon over the thicken before serving.

Porchetta 
Roast for 30 minutes until crisp. Serve with the chermoula.

Eye Fillet
We recommend serving medium-rare by roasting for 15 minutes. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Slice and pour over the juices from the tray to serve.

Glazed Eggplant 
Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with the romesco.

 
Sides

Grain Salad
Pour over the lemon vinaigrette.

Zucchini Salad
Pour over the champagne vinaigrette.

Tomato Salad
Pour over the champagne vinaigrette.

Butternut Pumpkin
Roast for 10 minutes.

Broccolini
Roast for 10 minutes.

Dessert

Dollop the chantilly cream on top of the meringue. Pour over the rhubarb compote.
