PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Our meals are designed to be almost ready to serve.

Below are preparation instructions for some items that will require some cooking. Any items not listed below do not require any preparation, and are ready to serve!

Please note, individual oven temperatures may vary.

BREAKFAST
Pumpkin, Goats Curd + Pine Nut Frittata   Frittata can be served at room temperature or heated before serving. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius. Place frittata on an oven proof tray + bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until warmed.  Place on a platter or serving dish.

Quiche Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius. Place quiche on an oven proof tray + bake for approx 10 to 15 minutes or until warmed.  Place on a platter or serving dish.

CANAPÉS

Sausage Rolls Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius. Remove lid from oven proof tray, bake for 10 minutes.  Place on a platter or serving dish.

SHARED

Chicken + Leek Pie Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius. Place pie on an oven proof tray + bake for approx 10 to 15 minutes,  or until warmed.  Place on a platter or serving dish.

PREPARE + SHARE

Beef Eye Fillet Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius. Leave at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove lid from oven proof tray, drizzle olive oil over beef + roast in oven for 25 minutes. Rest for 10 minutes out of the oven before slicing + serving on a platter or serving dish.
 
Poached Salmon Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius. Remove lid from oven proof tray. Place on a platter or serving dish. Sprinkle crumb mix on top + bake for 8 minutes, or longer if well done is preferred.

Roast Lamb Shoulder  Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius. Remove the lid of baking tray. Place the lamb in the oven + bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees celcius, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven, place on a platter or serving dish. Cover with salsa verde.

Cauliflower Steak Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius. Place steaks in the oven for 10 minutes. Reheat puree in a saucepan on low heat, stirring frequently. Place on a plate in the order of puree, cauliflower steaks, dukkah, then dates. Garnish with snowpea tendrils on top before serving.

Broccolini Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius. Place broccolini in the oven for 5 minutes. Serve broccolini on top of cashew puree. Pour lentil salads over them, and garnish with cashew crumbs before serving.

Boathouse Salad Dress salad + toss just before serving. 

Potato Salad Simply toss salad before serving. 

CAKES + TARTS

Pavlova Spread fresh cream over meringue, scatter fresh berries on top of cream + garnish with fresh mint.
