Our meals are designed to be almost ready to serve.

Please note, individual oven temperatures may vary.

We will also provide preparation instructions with your catering.

Seafood Package
Prawns - 
De-shell the cooked prawns + serve with The Boathouse Seafood Sauce + lemon.
Oysters - Ready to serve with mignonette + lemon.
Hot Smoked Salmon - Ready to serve cold with dill creme fraiche, lemon + cucumber. 

Trout Pate - Ready to serve with lavosh.

Boathouse Salad - Simply add salad dressing + toss.

Brunch Package
Mini Banana Bread - Ready to serve with Pepe Saya butter (or slice into smaller servings).
Sausage Rolls - Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius, heat for five minutes, remove from oven + serve with Boathouse Tomato Jam.
Mini Croissants - Ready to serve fresh, or preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius, heat for five minutes or until cheese has melted.
Ribbon Sandwiches - Ready to serve.
Heirloom Tomato Family Quiche - Ready to serve cold, or preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius, heat for 15 minutes, remove from oven + serve.
Fruit Skewers - Ready to serve.

Prepare at Home Package
Prawn Cocktail - Serve with The Boathouse Seafood Sauce, iceberg lettuce + lemon. Can be served individually in mini bowls or as a platter for guests to help themselves.
Lamb Shoulder - Preheat your oven to 200 degrees celcius, warm for 30 minutes, remove from oven + serve with pickled cucumber, fresh parsley, lemon + chimichurri on top.
Crispy Potatoes - Preheat your oven to 200 degrees celcius, warm for 20 minutes, remove from oven + sprinkle with The Boathouse Rosemary Salt.
Eggplant - Ready to serve cold, or preheat oven to 200 degrees + warm for 10 minutes, remove from oven. Serve with labne on the bottom of the plate, sprinkle macadamia nuts over the top, drizzle chilli oil on top.
Broccolini - Ready to serve cold, or preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius + warm for 5 minutes. Serve with cashew puree, lentil salad + cashew crumble.
Cauliflower Steak - Ready to serve cold, or preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius + warm for 5 minutes. Serve with cauliflower puree, dates, dukkah + curry leaves.
Raspberry Tart - Ready to serve.
Pavlova - Spread the chantilly cream over the top of the pavlova, sprinkle berries + fresh mint.

Seasonal Fruit - Ready to serve.

Cheese - Ready to serve.

Charcuterie - Ready to serve.

Grazing Platter - Ready to serve.

Glazed Ham Slice + serve with Boathouse tomato jam, fresh orange + rolls. If preferred warm, preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius + warm for 50 minutes.
